First, the price was right 178$ called my local and they wanted 260$ per. Second, I’ve had Kuhmo’s before and was satisfied. The price alone was a great incentive to buy them. 760$ tax shipping included and they’re not those cheap Chinese tires. Can’t co wrong

These tires have more tire depth the most popular competitors. Has the new v design to provide better traction. For the quality, its the best bang for the buck.

I have had these tires for 2 full Eastern Canadian winters (2019-2021). I don't drive very far in the snow but I have yet to even so much as spin the tires on snow or ice. I only notice any noise when turning at a slow speed on dry pavement. Highly recommend. The tread still looks relatively new with little wear after roughly 15,000-20,000 kms. I recently bought a set for my Civic as well and have has the same experience.

Bought those tires in December 2020 for new Forester Sport. On the good side, they are very quiet, provide a great amount of grip on ice, and the fact that the load rating is 102 makes a huge difference when cornering. But the treadwear design is optimized for noise and ice and less for deep snow. As far as you undertand this trade-off, and if suitable for your roads and driving conditions, I think this tire has a lot to offer for a very decent price.

These tires are amazing! Had some on a '13 Escape, got around absolutely no problem. Now have some in my Infiniti FX45, I have nothing bad to say. These things get me where I need to go and have absolutely no problem handling snow, ice and freezing rain. 10/10 will buy again and suggest you do the same
