Federal's HIMALAYA ICEO is a winter tire made in Taiwan that aims to provide great winter performance and affordability. The ICEO is comprised of an asymmetrical tread design composed of Silica-enhanced compound and large central blocks both working synergically to greatly improve traction on both ice and snow. Combining longitudinal and lateral grooving, the ICEO is optimized to increase grip and stability during the winter months.
