In the province of Quebec, it is required by law for all motorised passenger vehicles to be equipped with WINTER tires OR ALL SEASONS WINTER APPROVED tires. You can confirm that your winter tires are compliant by checking for the Mountain‑and‑Snowflake symbol on the sidewall.

Every tires listed in the “WINTER” section of our website will always feature the Mountain and Snowflake pictogram and therefore be approved for winter.

In the province of Quebec, the mandatory installation date for winter tires is December 1st of each year. Winter tires OR ALL SEASONS WINTER APPROVED tires MUST be installed on all passenger vehicles until at least March 15th. Furthermore, studded tires are only allowed between October 15th and May 1st.

Tires are considered dangerous and do not conform the “Highway Safety Code” of the province of Quebec as soon as the tread wear has reached 2/32^nd.

Mail-in rebates are offered by the manufacturer to thank you for choosing their product. It is not given, managed or handled by Quattro Tires. In order to receive a mail-in rebate, you must purchase a set of 4 eligible tires and fill the required form which is available on our website under the “Promotions” tab at the top of the page. Once the form is filled, you must mail it yourself to the indicated address and attach the requested documentation*. Some manufacturers will offer that service online directly. After delays of up to 4 to 8 weeks, you will receive a prepaid credit card Visa or Mastercard of the amount indicated on the form for the set of tires your purchased.

*Requested documentation may vary depending on the manufacturer. Furthermore, the manufacturer alone decides of your eligibility for this promotion.

To ensure an optimal driving experience, it is important for you to verify the specifications of your vehicle before selecting a tire.

You will find the required specifications on a sticker placed on the interior edge of the driver's door. This sticker will provide information such as the original tire size for your vehicle, the required speed rating and the load indicator. It is important to respect the requirement of your vehicle by selecting a tire that matches those specifications as closely as possible.

You can also verify the dimension currently installed on your vehicle by taking a look at the size indicated directly on the tire's side wall.
