I have been driving 3/4 and one ton trucks for 25 years. Our company has tried offerings from Goodyear, bf, general, cooper and Toyo. Being that we are on rough and muddy building sites with trailers and building materials we require a more aggressive tread to keep moving. Having a tire that doesn’t roar while on the highway and is sturdy enough for the jobsite is a tricky find. These recon grapplers from nitto check all the boxes. These tires are silent when compared to other off road style tires on the road, it doesn’t hurt that they look great on the trucks. It’s worth mentioning these tires are for 3 seasons only, we run dedicated winter tires for snow removal (general arctic Lt’s) . These tires also were lower cost than most of their competitors and are owned by Toyo (quality products) . Thanks and enjoy
