The Antares Grip 60 Ice is a studdable winter tire designed for passenger cars, SUVs and light trucks offering surprising winter performance. It has been specially designed for particularly difficult driving conditions on ice and snow. It is not equipped with studs originally, but can be studded to provide additional grip on icy pavement. The nails are suitable in climates where the roads are mainly covered with snow in winter, or in areas frequently exposed to ice. Even without studs, the Antares Grip 60 Ice tire has many sipes for better grip in most winter conditions. It is an affordable tire compared to other studded winter tires from more well-known brands, while providing a high level of grip in various winter conditions. As it is designed for ice and snow, the Grip 60 Ice uses specially formulated rubber to remain flexible even in extremely cold temperatures. It comes down to better grip on dry roads in winter. The 5 circumferential grooves effectively drain water from the contact surface for better performance and a sense of security for you and your family, on rainy or wet snowy days.
