Furthermore, Michelin's siping technology enables them to create expanding rain resistant grooves which results in an optimized traction and grip on wet surfaces throughout the tread's life. Furthermore, its tightly siped center rib adds more stability and control as well as reduced braking distances on dry and wet roads. The SELFSEAL Technology enables the tires to maintain air pressure even in the event of a puncture caused by a perforation of the tread by foreign objects such as nails and screws.
