205-45/16 on steel 16" wheels, mounted on a 2012 Hyundai Accent hatchback. This is not a vehicle that likes to do 80km/h on winding roads in snow with and underlying layer of ice. In light of this, it did quite well with these tires and steered and braked very well. Never had a scary moment. I've since used Continental Winter Contact in 195-50/16. I feel the wider North Pole W-2 with its deep grooves steered and tracked straight better, while the narrower Winter Contact accelerated and handled hills better without slipping as much.

Customer reviews
Add a reviewAfter 5 years off usage it start to fill weird when I brake on snow .I order 4 new momo !good stuff for the price .
The tires were fairly good for winter driving. The grip and noise level were fine. The problem with the tire is that the rubber is very soft and after two winter season they will need to be replaced.
