The rubber compound improves braking capabilities and allows greater grip in snow as well as on ice. The rigidity of the tread provides better maneuverability and control. The HankookWinter i*pike RS2 W429 provides more precise steering response by evacuating water, slush and snow off the tread and therefore allowing for a safe and comfortable driving experience. It also has the option to be studded for added traction on icy surfaces.
